What the Lagos register shows
The LSLGA list of licensed operators has a single iLOTBET-related row: Lucky9ja Lotto Limited, trade name iLOT, Online Sports Betting/Online Casino, 20 October 2025 to 19 October 2026. No row uses the name iLOTBET, and no later period has been added. Renewals sometimes reach the register weeks after a licence is reissued, so the lapse may be administrative rather than a refusal. Even so, an expired entry is the fact on record, and it is worth checking again before depositing.

The NLRC licence and the 2024 ruling
iLOTBET’s terms say Lucky9ja Lotto Limited holds NLRC licence number 0001040 for sports betting and lottery activity. Before 2024 that federal licence was widely treated as national cover. On 22 November 2024, however, the Supreme Court held that lottery and gaming regulation is for the states, and that the National Lottery Act applies only to the FCT. An NLRC licence therefore speaks for Abuja, not Lagos, and a Lagos bettor should look to the LSLGA entry. Withdrawal limits: two rulebooks, two answers
iLOTBET’s documents disagree on how much you can withdraw:

Say you have ₦200,000 to withdraw on the Lite app. At ₦50,000 per request that is four withdrawals, inside the ₦300,000 daily cap, but the formal terms allow only three withdrawals a day, so the last ₦50,000 could roll into the next day. If you have ₦600 left, the Lite screen would let you withdraw it and the terms would not.
The limit shown in the cashier when you submit is the one actually applied. Planning around the stricter pairing, ₦1,000 minimum, ₦50,000 per request and three requests a day, avoids surprises until iLOTBET reconciles the two.
